‘We must now move faster with the implementation of today's organisational change agenda and, at the same time, work out how to disrupt our economic and business models to reboot capitalism for the 21st century.’ John Elkington, founder & executive chairman, Volans;  co-founder, SustainAbility

How do we evolve business to meet the needs of the 21st century? And is it evolution or reinvention that we need?

The practices of sustainability and business are now deeply intertwined. From Sungevity, to Coca Cola, from the Harvard Business Review to the New York Times, the ideas and examples of sustainable business are everywhere.

This is all amazing work, but pressures for global system transformation have never been greater. Only a few days ago it was reported that 2010 was a record year for global carbon emissions. Something has to change.

The ground is laid for the next wave of innovation.

Please join us on the evening of Wednesday, June 15th, 6.30pm, at California College of the Arts, for a conversation between:
Rory BakkeJohn ElkingtonGil Friend, and Kirsten Ritchie, to hear their thoughts on what comes next and how we can get there. Dr Stuart Candy will be our moderator for the evening.
